I hope each of you had a wonderful Christmas and a good start to your New Year. I visited with family and friends all through the Holiday Season. The kids enjoyed all their presents and Kayla was so much fun this year. She received a phone call from Santa and he brought her all she asked for, including a fish! The boys and I created a lot of good memories during this hunting season, one being Jeffrey’s first buck. He did a great job and not to shabby being a 9-point! Bobby, my oldest, bagged his first buck with Dad.
On the business end, as some of you may
know, we (ThorSport Racing and I) decided not to renew our agreement. I wanted
to pursue other avenues in the business and look for more opportunities in Busch
and Cup. Don’t get me wrong the Truck Series was awesome and I’m glad I had the
opportunity to run a full season. I just needed a change and I will be
announcing part of that change within the next few weeks. I’ve taken in
consideration with Jeffrey’s future in the business and that has helped me in
making decisions regarding my own career.
It was great seeing everyone at the autograph session in Pigeon Forge last
weekend!
I wish all a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year!
See ya at the track!
